Location

The Wakaya Club and Spa is situated on it's own Wakaya Island (about 8 kilometres by 2½ or 5 miles by 1½). Wakaya Island is a private island located in western Fiji part of the Lomaiviti group in the Koro Sea.

Getting There

Firstly, you need an international flight from your home country to Nadi International Airport Fiji.

When you are cleared through customs, a Wakaya Club representative will meet you and escort you to their Air Wakaya aircraft. It's a 40-minute trip to Wakaya Island.

Accommodation

The Wakaya Club and Spa has just ten stand alone luxurious bures. Each private and tranquil bure is stunningly appointed and is just steps from the Pacific Ocean. There is one 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom option.

Each has:

Dining

Wakaya Club Fiji as a special place is highlighted even more with their cruisine.

Everything that's served is from Wakaya Island. That includes locally raised venison, pork, lamb, chickens and their freshly laid eggs, Muscovy ducks and their eggs. Seafood is caught nearby in the Koro Sea including various fish and lobsters. Wakaya's organic garden supplies all the fruits and vegetables.

Breakfast preserves are homemade and daily changing menu means variety and all food and beverages (alcoholic too) are included in the all inclusive rate.

Wakaya offers an array of spa choices including a 'couple's spa retreat'. Here as a couple, which can be booked for up to 3 hours, there are 2 treatment rooms for the 2 of you which also includes a light meal at the end. Very special.
