Mana Island

Mana is conveniently located making it very accessible including for day trips. Like the other islands in the Mamanucas it's naturally beautiful with sandy beaches and warm dry sunny weather virtually all year around. It's a resort island, so visitors come here to relax.

non-motorised activities (possibly free of charge depending on your accommodation)
motorised activities (if it involves an engine, you'll be paying)

Accommodation

It's feast or famine with accommodation on Mana with two luxury resorts and four backpacker accommodation. They're in no particular order.

Top-End

Mana Island Resort - one of the older and larger island resorts in Fiji having some 152 rooms and bures. Japanese owned it caters for couples and families, though it's more popular for the latter. Japanese and Fijian staff.
Tadrai Island Resort - opened on September 1st, 2011 it's one of Fiji's newest luxury resorts. This all-inclusive adults-only resort has just 5 bures.

Getting There

Mana Island is one of the few resort islands with an airstrip and a wharf. It's located 30km northwest of Denarau Marina.

Air

The quickest, taking just 12 minutes, and the more scenic way to travel is flying Pacific Sun. Island Hoppers does helicopter rides here.

Sea

South Sea Cruises has catamarans servicing Mana Island. Some of the accommodations have their own vessel such as the Mana Flyer which you'd need to check with your chosen accommodation. Up to thrice daily trips depending on the operator.
